Built for Cold-Storage & Extreme Environments
CHASE Technologies batteries are engineered to perform reliably in cold-storage and freezer-based operations, ensuring consistent productivity even in the harshest conditions.
For environments operating below -20°C, our batteries can be equipped with EVA insulation, specifically designed to draw moisture away from sensitive electrical components and prevent condensation-related damage.
In more extreme conditions below -30°C, we incorporate both EVA insulation and a temperature-controlled heating system. The heating pad activates when cell temperatures drop below optimal levels, maintaining consistent battery performance while the insulation continues to protect against moisture.
This dual-protection approach ensures our batteries deliver reliable power, enhanced protection, and uninterrupted performance.
